Desarrollo de la Inteligencia Emocional Médica Mediante la Narrativa Autobiográfica, Expresión Artística y Experiencia Multisensorial Interoceptiva

Resumen

Fundamento: La educación médica contemporánea requiere metodologías que integren inteligencia emocional con conocimientos biomédicos mediante experiencias vivenciales significativas.

Objetivo: Evaluar la efectividad del taller de inteligencia emocional médica mediante análisis del texto autobiográfico "Mi corazón es la casa de mi infancia", expresión artística y experiencia multisensorial interoceptiva en el desarrollo de competencias emocionales en estudiantes de medicina.

Método: Estudio cuasiexperimental con 60 estudiantes de primer año (2 grupos de 30), durante 4 semanas. Intervención: 4 sesiones presenciales de 90 minutos y 2 sesiones virtuales de 60 minutos vía WhatsApp por grupo. Variables: inteligencia emocional (EQ-i 2.0), comprensión neurofisiológica textual mediante cuestionario estructurado, capacidad de observación clínica y motivación académica.

Resultados: Hubo una mejora significativa en inteligencia emocional total (22.1±4.5 vs 28.7±3.6, p<0.001), con incremento de 29,8%. La comprensión neurofisiológica del texto alcanzó el 87% (puntuación 8.6±1.1). Hubo correlación significativa entre análisis textual y desarrollo emocional (r=0.82, p<0.001). La observación clínica mejoró al 84% y la motivación académica alcanzó el 89%. Las experiencias olfativas patrimoniales lograron el 94% de conexión emocional-memorística.

Conclusiones: El taller basado en análisis de narrativa autobiográfica con contenido neurofisiológico, combinado con experiencias multisensoriales interoceptivas, constituye una metodología efectiva para desarrollar la inteligencia emocional médica, integrando la narrativa autobiográfica y los conocimientos biomédicos.
