Prospective Strategic Management Relevant to Public Entities of Socio-cultural Development

Abstract

The United Nations, within its purposes and principles, refers to the solution of problems of cultural and social, through the cooperation International; so that the social and cultural challenges related to individual and collective well-being are considered analysis for the sustainable development. These reasons induce different institutions to be aimed, promoting socio-cultural services that promote and encourage the interculturality and social diversity. Faced with this situation, done an exploratory study, which has allowed a precise research from collecting information, in which prevails the deductive method, which is part of general facts on specific issues, thus having an approach of applied research, with focus on conclusions. According to this systematization is proposed the application of a methodology of prospective and strategic management, based on initiatives supported through measurement and evaluation indicators, focused on autonomous function entities with administrative independence.In this way, with the use of programs of information management system as MicMac, Mactor, y Smic Prob Expert 40 variables were analyzed and processed 17 actors involved public institutions of socio-cultural nature, in order to examine similarities and differences on the basis of the number of objectives set; thus, obtaining result of probability of occurrence 64 scenarios, in where it is clear that without the application of a management model based on indicators there is an assumption of the 27% that is does not meet the proposed objectives.
