Abstract

The study of professional pedagogical orientation is a must. This orientation contributes to the preparation of children, adolescents and young people to make a conscious choice in their future profession. At work, pedagogical activities are proposed for the professional guidance that is achieved through the relationship between the cognitive and the affective towards the rescue of training in students, of positive feelings about the profession, which allows unity between extrinsic and emotional factors. The sample consisted of a group of pre-university students, with whom the practical activities methodologically conceived were carried out. The results shows that the application of pedagogical activities enables students to interact directly with children, families and staff of children's institutions, equip themselves with knowledge and skills related to the profession and increase their commitment towards the career of Preschool Education.
