Abstract

The University is the social institution responsible for the integral formation of human resources in charge of the development of any country. The formative processes carried out by the university should respond to the actual needs of the epoch and to every particular country; whatsoever, it should keep an unequivocal relationship with the institutions, organizations and areas where the future professional will be involved in; those which, in the present paper are viewed as enterprises. This makes possible a fit planning of the professional formation from the undergraduate phase to the post-graduate one in correspondence with the demands of the competent professional formation needed in the XXI century for a sustainable development of the society.
