Abstract

Education formed in values ​​can be the basis for the success of any educational system. The globalized world promotes societies that are increasingly complex, more demanding and individualistic. Teaching is becoming more and more difficult, always in decisive social changes, driven to constant innovation. The fundamental point is then the formation in values. And in this work, we focus on values ​​from the perspective of ethics, to the human being from the professional, spiritual, emotional and social perspectives. In this sense, a line is expressed through the experiential situations that a person can experience in their teaching practice, considering the characteristics of the person and the local, national and international environments. Finally, this document presents the apparent conclusions of the teaching practices, which could lead to a continuous improvement in the different scenarios presented.
